Booking and Cancellation Policy


By using this website and any services offered by this website and myself, you automatically agree that you have read, understand and accepted my Booking and Cancellation Policy.  Please read it carefully and contact me should you have any questions.


Bookings and securing your time


Once I have received your full payment I will send you an email confirming your order and the date and time for your session or the delivery time for designs. I will also include a link to this page as a reminder.

All payments must be made two days (48 hours) after my emailed quote and/or agreed time to secure your service with me.


As you will not receive any reminders of our scheduled appointment, I will encourage you to keep our emails and write down our appointments in your calendar with the time, place, and topic.


No booking or design order is final before I have received your full payment.

Rescheduling and Cancellation


You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. After that, I cannot offer you any change to your session or a refund. You can see the exact time on the confirmation email I have sent you.

You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled session, however I do not offer any refund. Your unused hour/s will be valid for 12 months. You can see the exact time on the confirmation email I have sent you 


All cancellations and requests for rescheduling must be made directly to my bylouisesommer email. Email

Refunds, Payment and No-show


There is no refund or rescheduling for a no-show. I will be available for you for 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment* start time. After that, it is considered a no-show. Should you show up before the 15 minutes are gone, you will have the remaining time of your session. You will not get another 15 minutes on the other end if you are late.

*So, if our appointment was from 3-4PM, I would be waiting for you until 3.15PM. 


You will receive a confirmation email from me with your order details once I have received the payment. All rescheduling, cancellations and quotes are based on the time of this email.

Should our session be less than 7 days ahead when scheduling an appointment, the payment must be made immediate upon booking to secure your time.


All sessions and design orders must be paid in advance to secure and guarantee your appointment and order with me. This is simply to avoid theft.

Sometimes internet problems happen. There is nothing you, or I, can do to avoid that hassle. If the internet does not work for whatever reason, I will offer you a new session.


I have a zero-abuse tolerance. It is solely up to me to decide if you are abusive and this cannot be discussed. Any kind of abuse will lead to an immediate halt to our session, communication and/or order and there will be no refunds. 


I do my best to ensure that all of the information I offer is well researched, updated and objective. 


I can only teach, coach and guide you (this includes design assignments) but what you do with what you receive from me, and the outcome of your actions is entirely your responsibility! As such, any lack of success and/or experience of unmet success or expectations regarding any my services, is entirely your responsibility. 

It is your sole responsibility that the photos you send me to use in designs ordered by you, are legal to use, are legally obtained and/or that you own the copyright of them. Please contact me should you have any questions regarding this issue.   


Should I update, amend or make any changes to this document, those changes will be prominently posted here first.
